To take advantage of this exclusive offer, book before the 30th of September 2024, and move in no later than 30th of September 2024.

If you stay with us for a minimum of 12 months, your rents (all charges and taxes included) for the 2nd and 12th month will be free.
Example: if the contract is terminated during the 9th month, the 12th month will not be taken into account for this offer.


The free rent for these 2 months is subject to prior payment of the security deposit, rents including all charges and taxes, as well as any other additional fees, and provided that the lease is not terminated. 


Please note that this offer does not apply to additional fees, such as cleaning service or renting a parking space in the building.
